Roller crusher (Double rollers crusher) applies to cement, chemical, electric energy, metallurgy, creating material, fire-proof materials and a few other industrial division to interrupt medium hardness supplies, like fragment work of limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc. Double rollers crusher is made of roller device, supporting bearing, compression adjusting gadget and operating gear.
Operation Cautions
Boost perform of removing iron. If unbroken compound like drill bit drop in to rollers, it's going to harm roller crusher and lead to cease of machine, so roller crusher should be put in iron remove gadget just before crush work.
Damaged space of roller crusher is easily be jammed by viscous material, this fault might be dealt with with machine stop, it's undoubtedly forbidden to deal with the jam fault even though device is operating.
Though roller crusher processing some major block supplies, spend focus to those block materials to prevent them squeezing out from broken space and hurting men and women or damaging device.
Through long operation of stone crusher, rollers' area have large abrasion which will lead to products' particle size too small. Modify discharging port and overhaul the equipment.
Strengthen verify on roller crusher's comprehensive components, add oil for that lubrication portion of roller crusher so as to maintain equipment at great lubrication condition.
Maintenance
Upkeep of roller crusher is a common and essential operate, it will need to coordinate with machine's operation and examine. Roller crusher will have to be checked on duty by full-time employee.
The bearing of roller crusher undertakes all of the fat loaded on device, and fantastic lubrication features a excellent connection with bearing's lifetime, it straight results machine's lifetime and running rate, hence the injected lubrication will have to be cleanse and it has excellent seal functionality.
New assembled wheel hub should be checked often, mainly because it will get free effortlessly in the starting.
Spend focus to each of the elements of working jaw crusher device to determine if they may be standard or not.
Verify put on extent of roller crusher's very easily abraded components so as to exchange them by new components soon enough.
Dispose of dust and also of compound from base plane which places productive gadget, this act can steer clear of critical accident although the machine meets some materiel can't be damaged and active bearing can not proceed the base aircraft.
If oil temperature of bearing rise large, you must cease the machine immediately and examine the cause of temperature rise, then eliminate the difficulty.
In the event the rotary gear seems abnormally like getting impacted, the device must be stopped at when so that you can examine the cause and eradicate the fault.
